Raghunandan S V S V In Bangalore there is no such control mechanism. Most of them use Auto rickshaw to ferry children, where they are dumped like chickens. Even though there are private school vans, they are either outdated ( Matador) or Maurti Omni vehicles, which are mostly used as commerical vehicles.
Moreover there are no speed governors, where they are driven as if they go for motor races.

I think there should be a clear guidelines for such operators.

arjun Instead of Speed Governors that are a Road hazard the schools can install a Vinayakgps with Speed reports and Route replay. It comes with alerts every time a vehicle overspeeds the stipulated speed,or goes out of its routine Route. whats more it has Public acess for all parents and staff to view the vehicle online all the time.Great security & better Service. info@vinayakgps.net
